Service and Repair Options

On-Site Service - $25/hr (2-hr.min.)

System Pickup Service - $30
Platinum Logic will pick up and deliver a system that needs repair work.

New System Setup - $75
Platinum Logic will set up your new system, and connect it to your existing internet connection. Any additional software setup would be at an extra charge of $20/hr.

System Customization & Training - $75/hr
Platinum Logic provides training and software customization services for individual computer configurations to make your programs easier to use.

Software and Security Analysis - $50
Platinum Logic will test your PC for virus and spyware infections, check the status of your anti-virus software, check and clean vulnerable system folders, install critical security updates, test your firewall, and offer recommendations for continued security. We will also check and optimize your system startup for performance. Ask for special pricing for more than one computer.*

Preventative Maintenance - $65

Platinum Logic will diagnose system hardware, clean dust build-up, check and secure cable and component connections, check peripheral communications (onsite only), optimize hard drive, clean temporary and cache folders, test your backup system, optimize system startup for performance, and provide a full Software and Security Analysis.
